Terms of Service

1. Who we are

AssetsLine is operated by an independent software developer based in Georgia. You can reach us at zenkovichan@gmail.com for any question about the Service, your account or a purchase.

2. Accounts

You sign in with a Google account. You are responsible for keeping access to that account secure and for everything done through your AssetsLine account.

A project can have several members with different roles (administrator, editor, reader). The project administrator controls who has access. Tokens, subscriptions and API keys belong to your account, not to a project: a generation in a shared project is paid by the member who runs it, or by the project owner when that member has no tokens or key.

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.

3. What the Service does

AssetsLine is a browser-based editor in which you build "pipelines" from nodes: you describe an asset, and the Service sends your prompts and any images you supply to third-party AI providers, then returns and stores the generated result in your project.

AI models are probabilistic. We do not guarantee that any particular generation succeeds, that results are unique, or that they are fit for a specific purpose.

4. Plans, tokens and payment

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Freemius. Freemius is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. It handles payment processing, tax and invoicing, and supports customer service inquiries and returns.

Tokens are prepaid credits added to your account balance and spent when generations run. They are consumed at a rate derived from the underlying AI provider cost. Tokens have no cash value, cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for money, and do not expire while the account exists.

The "Own API key" subscription unlocks a feature that lets a project use its own AI provider API key. It renews automatically for the chosen period until cancelled. While it is active and a key is saved, generations run through your key and no tokens are spent.

Prices are shown on the pricing page. Applicable taxes are calculated and added by Freemius at checkout. We may change prices; changes never affect tokens you have already bought, and subscription changes take effect from the next renewal.

New accounts receive a small amount of trial tokens for evaluation. Trial tokens are a courtesy, carry no cash value and may be changed or withdrawn at any time.

5. Acceptable use

The Service must not be used to generate, upload or process NSFW, adult, pornographic or sexually explicit material of any kind, including AI-generated depictions and any sexualised depiction of minors. This applies to prompts, uploaded material and generated results alike.

You also agree not to use the Service to create or process material that is illegal, infringes anyone’s intellectual property, promotes violence, self-harm, terrorism or hatred, impersonates real people, or violates the terms of the underlying AI providers.

Every prompt is screened automatically before it reaches a model, and prompts that breach this policy are rejected. Screening is performed by an automated classifier on our own infrastructure; no human reads your prompts as part of it. Attempts to work around that screening are themselves a breach of these terms.

You also agree not to resell or proxy access to the Service or to the AI providers behind it, not to circumvent token accounting or usage limits, and not to disrupt the Service through automated or excessive requests.

We may suspend or close an account that breaches this section.

6. Your content and generated results

You keep all rights you already hold in the text, images, audio and other material you upload. You confirm you are allowed to use that material with an AI service.

As between you and us, results generated for your project are yours to use, including commercially, subject to the terms of the AI provider that produced them. You are responsible for checking that a result is suitable and lawful for your use.

We store your projects, pipelines and results so the Service can work, and we access them only to operate, secure and support the Service.

7. Third-party AI providers

Generations are performed by third parties, currently Google (Gemini and related models) and, for some node types, ElevenLabs and Kling. Your prompts and supplied media are transmitted to the relevant provider to produce the result. Their terms and policies apply to that processing.

We may add, change or remove providers and models as they evolve.

8. Availability and changes

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We aim to keep it running but do not promise uninterrupted availability, and maintenance or provider outages may interrupt it.

We may modify features over time. If we discontinue the Service, we will give reasonable notice and refund the unused portion of any active subscription and unspent token balance.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or lost or corrupted data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or terminate access for a breach of these terms or where required by law.

On termination, unspent tokens and the unused part of a current subscription period are refundable in line with our Refund Policy, unless the account was closed for abuse.

11. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Georgia, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
