1. Who is responsible

AssetsLine is operated by an independent software developer based in Georgia, acting as the data controller. Contact: zenkovichan@gmail.com.

2. What we collect

Account data: your name, email address and profile picture as provided by Google when you sign in, and the projects you belong to.

Content you create: pipelines, prompts, uploaded images and audio, and the results generated for your projects.

Billing records: purchases, token balance and a ledger of generations charged to your account. Card details are handled by Freemius and never reach our servers.

Technical data: a session cookie, and server logs containing IP address, request time and user agent, kept for security and debugging.

3. Why we process it

To provide the Service and your account (performance of our contract with you); to run generations you request; to bill correctly and prevent abuse of prepaid balances; to keep the Service secure; and to comply with tax and accounting obligations.

4. Cookies

We set one strictly necessary cookie that keeps you signed in. We do not use advertising cookies, third-party analytics or cross-site tracking.

5. Who else processes your data

Google — sign-in, and the AI models that generate most results. Prompts and supplied media are sent to Google to produce them.

ElevenLabs — sound effects and speech generation, when you use those nodes.

Kling (Kuaishou) — video generation, when you use those nodes.

Freemius — our merchant of record: it processes payments, tax and invoices, and receives your email and billing details.

DigitalOcean — hosting of the servers that run the Service and store your projects.

We do not sell your data and do not share it for advertising.

6. Retention

We keep account and project data while your account exists. Generated results and caches are kept so you can retrieve your work. Billing records are kept as long as tax law requires. Server logs are rotated regularly.

When you ask us to delete your account, we remove your account, projects and stored content, keeping only what tax law requires us to retain about purchases.

7. Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, correction of it, deletion of your account, or restriction of processing; and you may object to processing. Write to us and we will respond within 30 days.

If you are in the EU/UK and believe we handled your data improperly, you may complain to your local data protection authority.

8. Security and transfers

Traffic is encrypted with HTTPS, access to production systems is limited to the operator, and API keys you save for your own project are stored server-side and never shown back to the browser.

Because our providers operate globally, your data may be processed outside your country, including in the United States.

9. Children

The Service is not intended for anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

10. Changes
