Refund Policy
Effective 2026-08-26
We want you to pay only for what you actually use. This policy explains when we refund and how to ask.
How to request a refund
Write to zenkovichan@gmail.com from the email address on the order, or contact Freemius, our merchant of record, directly. Please include the order reference from your receipt. We reply within 3 business days, and approved refunds are returned by Freemius to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.
Token packs
Unspent tokens are fully refundable within 14 days of purchase.
If part of the pack has already been spent on generations, we refund the unspent part on a pro-rata basis, because the spent part has been delivered and has cost us real AI provider fees.
Failed generations are never charged: tokens are debited only when a provider returns a result. If you believe you were charged for something that did not work, tell us and we will correct the balance.
Subscriptions
You can cancel the "Own API key" subscription at any time from the billing page or by writing to us. Cancellation stops future renewals and the feature stays available until the end of the period you already paid for.
If you cancel within 14 days of the first payment and have not substantially used the feature, we refund that payment in full.
After that period we do not refund the remaining part of a started billing period, unless the Service was unavailable for a prolonged time or the law where you live says otherwise.
Consumer right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the EU or UK you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase of digital content. By starting to spend tokens or by using the unlocked feature immediately after purchase, you ask us to begin performance right away and accept that the withdrawal right no longer applies to the part already delivered. The unused part remains refundable as described above.
Exceptions
We may decline a refund where an account was closed for a breach of our Terms of Service, or where a refund is requested repeatedly in a way that suggests abuse of the trial or refund process.
If something went wrong on our side, tell us — we would rather fix it or refund it than leave you with a bill you did not expect.
